Welcome to our inclusive bike hire service!
We opened our bike hire service in July 2022!
Activities that are supposedly taken for granted, such as a bike ride with family or friends, are already a challenge for most people with disabilities.
In order to make it possible for people with disabilities to go on a bike ride with their family and friends, we are launching the "Luca's Bewegung" bike hire project.
Therapy bikes and wheelchair bikes are very expensive to buy, so not everyone can afford one.
In our opinion, life in society should be organised in such a way that everyone can participate when and if they want to.
Our goal: sustainable participation and inclusion of people with disabilities through shared bike tours with our free hire bikes.
Since May 2023, we have expanded our bike hire service with new bike models!
Having started with our two therapy bikes, the wheelchair bike and parallel bikes, we were overwhelmed by the demand. In order to be able to offer a wider range of options, we have therefore expanded our bike hire service and purchased a chair tricycle and a small chair tricycle.
We are delighted that our hire service has been so well received and hope that you will be able to go on lots of great tours!
