The Buchheim chapel near Rappweiler is often a destination for hikers and walkers: this is what Günter Oswald writes about his suggestion for our "My favourite place" campaign. According to his description, the chapel is located somewhat off the beaten track between fields and meadows, surrounded by protective hedges and trees, very close to his home.
Oswald goes on to say: "Readers of the SZ are also invited to linger here for a moment or to visit such spiritual places themselves if the opportunity arises." Because he is convinced that they offer one thing above all: "Balm for the mind and soul."
