Boundless cycling - Northern main route

Tour Luxembourg - Discover the two tourist cities "par excellence" of the Grand Duchy: the capital of Luxembourg with its historic centre, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and the abbey town of Echternach, whose unique jumping procession is a UNESCO Intangible Heritage Site. This easy route first runs along a former railway line. On a shady path along the Alzette, you cycle around the capital and head towards the spa town of Mondorf-les-Bains. The route winds its way through forests and vineyards to the wine town of Remich. In the wide Moselle valley, you cycle downstream through the fortified town of Grevenmacher to the lowest point in the country in Wasserbillig. The route follows the Sûre from its confluence with the Moselle through a magnificent green landscape back to Echternach.
