Butcher's shop Follmann
As a 4th generation family business, we have been guaranteeing regionality and top quality from artisanal and sustainable production for 110 years. The butcher's shop is connected to the Bistro Schlemmerei and a catering service. Our beef and pork comes from the family farm, which is run by husband Franz-Josef Wagner and son Simon. Our animals are kept in a species-appropriate manner and the feed is grown on the farm's own land. There are also free-range chickens and a small chicken fattening unit. Short distances and gentle slaughtering guarantee high meat quality. So our customers know "where it comes from". That's why all our products are Ebbes von Hei - certified.
We want to continue these regional traditions, which is why we attach great importance to training young people to become qualified salespeople, butchers and farmers. This will enable us to continue to offer freshness, variety and quality from the region.
