Two brothers from Oberlöstern have decided to continue their grandfather's farm in the seventh generation. They want sustainable, nature-orientated farming. That is why the farm has been in the process of converting to organic farming since July 2020.
The focus is on growing potatoes and cereals, grassland and rearing laying hens.
Customers can purchase different varieties of potatoes and eggs from the farm.
They also offer freshly peeled potatoes from their different potato varieties in various sizes and cut shapes (chips, slices, etc.) vacuum-packed.
Over the next few years, Til and Max will be realising innovative and sustainable agricultural projects.
