Payment is made on site in cash or by bank transfer Advance payment of 30 % will be charged after booking Payment of the remaining amount up to 2 days before arrival by bank transfer or in cash on site when the flat is handed over Cancellations up to 49 days before arrival are free of charge For cancellations up to 35 days before arrival we will keep the advance payment or charge 30 % of the rental price For later cancellations we charge 90 % of the rental price Booking errors may always be cancelled free of charge within 24 h. Individual cancellations "for special reasons" are always possible. Please contact us directly for this! If you find a replacement for your cancellation or if we can rent the flat to someone else, the cancellation fee will be waived. Arrival is possible from 15:00 to 21:00. Departure is possible until 10:00. We try to make other arrival and departure times possible depending on occupancy. The keys are handed over personally on site. Pets are not allowed.
