Your holiday accommodation is only about 3km from Lake Losheim with its tourist attractions and restaurants. Our house is located in the tranquil district of Scheiden with direct access to the region's network of hiking and cycling trails. Here you have direct access to the premium hiking area and thus also to the Felsenweg (Germany's most beautiful hiking trail 2024). At the end of a cul-de-sac you will find a new house with a holiday flat. There is a separate entrance to the holiday flat. The flat has a furnished terrace with access to the fenced garden. The name of the flat "Sonnenwinkel" refers to the address and the all-day sun on the partially covered terrace. A car park is available directly in front of the house free of charge. Access to your own WLAN is also free of charge. You will receive a free parking card for Lake Losheim on arrival. The centre of Trier is approx. 37 km away, Saarbrücken approx. 61 km, Merzig approx. 18 km, Mettlach (Saarschleife) approx. 17 km, Erbeskopf National Park Gate approx. 82 km. In Merzig you will find a sauna and swimming area, outdoor climbing garden, indoor trampoline hall and connection to the Saar cycle path.
An advance payment of 50% will be charged after booking. The remaining payment is due 14 days before arrival. Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge, cancellations between 14-7 days before arrival will be charged with 50% of the total costs, cancellations in the 7 days before arrival will be charged with 100% of the total costs. Arrival is possible from 2 pm to 10 pm. Departure is possible until 11 a.m. Other arrival and departure times are possible after consultation. Please contact us in good time for an arrangement. The keys are handed over via a key box. You will receive the code in good time before your arrival. Smaller dogs are allowed free of charge, please contact us in advance. A washing machine is available on request. The first laundry package is included, a change of laundry costs €10 per person.
