The price for the final cleaning is waived for an occupancy of 7 days or more. Payment is made on site in cash or by bank transfer. A deposit of 50% of the total price can be charged at any time after booking. Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will be charged at 50% of the total price. Arrival is possible from 15:00 to 21:00. Departure is possible until 11:00. Other arrival and departure times are possible after consultation. The keys are handed over personally. Pets are not allowed. A baby cot/extra bed can be provided on request (free of charge). Included in the basic price (towels, bed linen, WLAN, parking, washing machine etc.).
