We use fully ripe fruit for production, because we can only make a delicious fruit spread if we use good fruit. Our fruit spreads all consist of 75% fruit, 25% sugar, apple pectin and a little lemon juice for binding. We do not use any flavourings or preservatives in our fruit spreads.
A year ago, we expanded our product range to include chutneys. As we have a large garden and grow our own vegetables, we can now also offer you these delicacies.
