An advance payment of 20% will be charged after booking. The remaining payment will be made on site in cash or by bank transfer. Cancellations up to 1 day before arrival are free of charge, cancellations on the day of arrival will be charged at 100% of the total cost. Arrival is possible from 3 pm to 9 pm. Departure is possible between 8 a.m. and 12 p.m. Other arrival and departure times are possible by prior arrangement. Please contact us in good time for an arrangement. The keys will be handed over personally on site. Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking flat.
